This role is to lead regional mobility by managing and coordinating matters related to international assignments, expatriation, relocation, and immigration in the region. Provides regional mobility-related expertise to business units, country HR, and international assignees in the areas of international assignment and cost management policy, expatriate policy, relocation, tax compliance including tax equalization process, immigration, employment, social security, and payroll compliance. Responsible for a high level of service with a key focus on employee experience, supplier partner management, and ensuring the program meets the needs of our regional businesses or stakeholders.
